Shipping and Delivery
Q. Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders over $49 delivered to addresses in Canada.
Shipping to the continental United States is also available at this time (shipping fees will be calculated by the carrier and service type selected).
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually mailed out within a week after they are placed.
Orders ship out via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Once an order is mailed out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for the parcel(s) sent.
Mailing times vary according to your location.
Estimated mailing times for orders in Canada are the following:
- Alberta: 2 to 7 business days
- British Columbia: 3 to 8 business days
- Manitoba: 2 to 7 business days
- New Brunswick: 3 to 8 business days
- New Foundland and Labrador: 3 to 8 business days
- Northwest Territories: 5 to 12 business days
- Nova Scotia: 3 to 8 business days
- Nunavut: 5 to 12 business days
- Ontario: 1 to 5 business days
- Prince Edward Island: 3 to 8 business days
- Quebec: 1 to 5 business days
- Saskatchewan: 2 to 7 business days
- Yukon: 5 to 12 business days
Q. Do you deliver to my address?
We ship to all addresses in Canada. We are authorized distributors of the Your Baby Can Read line of products in Canada, and ship to all addresses in Canada, including PO Boxes.

Q. I have a coupon code. How do I use it to get my discount?
Coupon codes are applied at checkout. After you've added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and their correct quantities, proceed to checkout.
At checkout, you will see an area entitled "Order Summary" on the right-hand side of the page. Simply click on the link that says, "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it >". A designated box will appear, where you may enter your discount code. Click “Apply” and you will then see the discount applied to your order total.
Q. I have more than one coupon code I'd like to use. How can I use both of them?
You may only use one coupon code per order.
Q. Where can I get Coupons and/or Discount Codes?
Coupons and/or Discount Codes are offered through our newsletters and special promotions we send to our mailing list subscribers.
